CLOSE, Carl. Passed away peacefully after a short battle with cancer at Hospice West Auckland on 17 August 2016. Dearly loved husband of Joyce and step-dad to Brett and Trina, and Glen, and loving Poppa to Jenna and Jackson. Much loved brother of Phillip, Elaine, Brian, Barbara (deceased), Jimmy, June, Pauline, Colin, Lorena and Katrina. A celebration of Carl's life will be held at 2:30pm on Monday 22 August on the chapel of Tilton Opie and Pattinson, 3232 Great North Road, New Lynn. In lieu of flowers donations for Hospice West Auckland can be left in the chapel.
